Can I exchange my order?
Yes, you can exchange your order within 07 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

What items are eligible for exchange?
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Products purchased at full price can be exchanged.
What items are NOT eligible for exchange?
Items bought during a sale or at a discounted price, as well as products that are damaged, altered, or used.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

How long do I have to request an exchange?
You have 07 days from the order date to request an exchange.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending the item back for exchange.
How long does the exchange process take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange and dispatch the new item within 72 hours. If there are any delays, we will inform you.
Can I exchange my item for a different product?
Yes, you can exchange your item for another product of equal or greater value (difference in price must be paid).
Can I exchange multiple items from my order?
Yes, as long as all items meet the exchange criteria, you can exchange multiple products from the same order.
